We Offer ILYUSHIN IL-76TD Cargo Aircraft:

1990 m/d for $27.5M (possible to install more new engines for $1.7M each other)

Currently, this aircraft is excluded from the Certificate of the previous operator and removed from the state register of the operating country.

It can be entered in the state register of any country in the world by the Buyer's decision.

Maintenance work performed on the aircraft according to the RTO Manual for the operation of the IL-76TD and the Program of PJSC Ilyushin Design Bureau "Extending the calendar service life".

The package of documents was sent to PJSC Ilyushin Design Bureau for making a decision on extending the calendar service life. The aircraft is equipped with all the necessary equipment in accordance with the current ICAO requirements for performing flights.

The TA-6A APU has sufficient remaining resources after repair and is included in the price of the aircraft airframe.

For consideration, the Buyer is presented with an IL-76TD aircraft in two versions with D-30KP2 engines.

The first option:

The IL-76TD aircraft is equipped with D-30KP2 engines that have the remaining inter-repair life of 360 hours with an extended life of the airframe and its component units on the basis of a contract with the Ilyushin Design Bureau –

The cost of the aircraft is 27,500,000 US dollars.

The second option:

The IL-76TD aircraft is equipped with D-30KP 2 engines with an operating time of 1500/1700 hours.

With the remaining inter-repair life of 2500/2300 hours.

With inter-repair service life of 4000 hours/1540 cycles/15 years.

In this case, the cost of the aircraft is 30,300,000 US dollars.

The period of readiness of the aircraft for transfer is I month.(30 days from the date of deposit).

At the request of the Buyer, the aircraft can be equipped with engines with an operating time of 1500-1700 hours (the cost of each engine is S1.7 million USD/piece).

All engines on the basis of Contracts are supported by the Developer-PJSC UEC-Saturn and have the rest of the inter-repair life and calendar service life.

During negotiations, the buyer has the full right to offer or leave the option of completing the engines that was offered or its own version of equipping with engines, but only legal ones.

In case of your positive decision to purchase the proposed IL-76TD aircraft, the Owner is ready to conduct all further negotiations in Moscow, Russia, or a convenient location offered by the Buyer or his Authorized Representative on the basis of a legally certified Power of Attorney issued subject to receiving a refundable deposit in the amount of 0.5 million US dollars on the basis of a signed Memorandum or Contract with the Owner.
